The Hot Wing King, a Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Katori Hall, will premiere at the Denver Center Theatre Company on April 25, 2025. Directed by Timothy Douglas, the production follows Cordell Crutchfield and his team as they strive to win the coveted title of Hot Wang King at the annual Hot Wang Festival in Memphis. Starring Terence Archie as Cordell, Isaiah Tyrelle Boyd as Isom, and Tobias A. Young as Big Charles, the story explores themes of community and family amidst humorous tensions and culinary competition.
