About this studio
The Moving Company Dance Center is located on York Road in Cockeysville, Maryland, and serves the greater Baltimore dance community. Its class program runs from Introduction to Dance for beginners through levelled training in ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical and contemporary, and acro and pom, with separate junior, teen and adult tracks. Students may audition for the studio's performing ensembles, and the center stages an annual production of The Nutcracker as well as a spring concert. Summer classes are offered between seasons. Registration for the 2026-2027 season opened on 1 July for returning families and 12 July for families new to the studio, and the studio publishes handbooks covering calendars, tuition, dress code and policies.
