About this studio
The Dance Project has served the Whitestone community in Queens since 1984 from its studio at 150-47 Willets Point Boulevard. It offers classes for all ages from beginner to advanced in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, modern and hip hop, and says students are welcomed into a warm and nurturing environment that lends itself to a positive dance experience. Over four decades the studio has built what it describes as an honourable and dependable reputation, and it has been named a Best of the Boro winner for nine consecutive years from 2018 to 2026 in categories covering best children's dance school, best dance school for adults, best summer program and best summer camp.
