About this studio
4th Wall Dance Inc. operates FORWARD__Space, a movement studio at 24 Spring Street in New York City founded by CEO and creative director Kristin Sudeikis. Rather than a traditional children's dance school, it offers adult group classes described as a blend of dance, music, wellness and sweat: 50-minute, easy-to-follow sessions combining cardio dance, athletic conditioning and what the studio calls moving meditation, set to curated music playlists. Classes are booked individually or in packages through an online schedule, and the studio also runs a Virtual Hub of streamed classes for those training at home.
