About this studio
Pulse Dance Studio is located at 22 Wright Avenue in Lititz, Pennsylvania, minutes from Lancaster, Hempfield, Ephrata and Manheim. It teaches dancers aged 3 to 18 of all abilities, with an emphasis on proper technique and terminology and deliberately smaller class sizes for more personalised training. Styles taught include hip hop, lyrical, tap, ballet, theatre jazz and contemporary. Every dancer takes part in the studio's annual recital, a full-scale production with lights, effects, stage props and costumes staged in front of a large audience. Alongside recreational classes, Pulse runs invite-only competitive companies whose dancers travel to compete nationally, take master classes and perform at events through the year; the studio states its companies have been regionally and nationally ranked since 2009. Classes run weekday evenings, with fall registration handled online.
