About this studio
Lisa Allen's Dance Works is a performing arts center at 10880 Colerain Road in St. Marys, Georgia, opened 27 years ago by director and owner Lisa Allen with the aim of building the community's appreciation for the performing arts. Lisa and her staff teach students of all ages to dance, sing and act, and students have performed on stages across Camden County and the southeast, including Theatre by the Trax, Camden County Schools, churches, area festivals and competition stages. The curriculum is designed to build self-confidence, self-expression and inspiration, and the class list ranges widely, including aerial dance, with adult programs offered alongside children's classes. The studio is home of the national award-winning Dazzler competition team, runs summer programs and a booster club, and was voted Camden County's Best Children's After School Location for 2025.
