About this studio
Giselle DiBlasi School of Ballet is a performing arts and ballet school at 136 Hood Street in McDonough, Georgia, offering dance instruction for all ages and skill levels. It was founded by Giselle DiBlasi, a native of West Columbia, Texas and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, who has lived and taught in McDonough for over 15 years and describes the school's aim as introducing ballet to children and adults in a positive environment. The graded Ballet Program runs from Ballet 1 through Ballet 7 and emphasises classical technique and artistry to build pre-professional dancers, with technique classes plus pointe, pre-pointe, variations, pas de deux, jazz and contemporary. Dancers are placed by ability and new students take an audition class for assessment.
