Theatre Arlington is very excited to be one of only seven theatres nationally to be selected as a producing theatre for the American Association of Community Theatre national new play festival, NewPlayFest 2016. Envision the Future with us and be the first to catch a world premiere of an award-winning show! You just might be seeing the next great play by the next greatest contemporary American playwright!
“Gracefully Ending” takes us to the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia in 2009 and depicts, through flashbacks, the life struggles of a daughter trying to help her ailing mother, who may or may not be losing her mind, as they both come to terms with something we will all face: Dying alone or resigning control to another. Poignant with sparks of humor - this play will touch everyone.
JULY 1-17,2016
THURSDAYS - 7:30PM, FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS - 8PM, SUNDAYS - 2PM
