This co-production between Hartford Stage and TheaterWorks Hartford presents Stephen Sondheim's musical with music and lyrics by Sondheim and book by Hugh Wheeler, directed by TheaterWorks Hartford Artistic Director Rob Ruggiero. Matt Faucher leads the cast as Sweeney Todd, joined by Jackie Burns as Mrs. Lovett, with Carey Brown, Willem Butler, Tristan David Caldwell, Lauren Maria Medina, Brian Ray Norris, Cole Thompson, and Edward Watts rounding out the ensemble. The creative team includes choreographer Ralph Perkins, music director Wiley DeWeese, scenic design by Luke Cantarella, and costume design by Fabian Aguilar.
