Written by Edward “Teddy” Hall and directed by Tim Howard, "Cal and Johnny - A Queer Love Story" tells the tale of two gay men who meet on a hook-up app, a few days before Christmas. As they drive around a small town, they get to know each other and delve into themes surrounding the reality of queer life - its triumphs and turmoils. From opposites with disconnected values to finding unexpected connection, the play analyzes and deconstructs LGBTQ+ archetypes and stereotypes. It shines light on how much we all desire and deserve to be loved - no matter how much trauma we have endured. Please purchase your tickets ASAP as seating is limited and tickets are selling fast.
