Grease at Weathervane Playhouse

It’s 1959, and Rydell High is buzzing with too-cool-for-school Burger Palace Boys and gum-snapping, hip-shaking Pink Ladies. A summer romance has bloomed between head greaser Danny Zuko and new girl Sandy Dumbrowski. Now under the watchful eyes of their cliques and classmates, their love becomes more complicated. Featuring iconic songs "Greased Lightnin'" and "We Go Together," Grease evokes the spirit of the 1950’s, capturing both its idealist and rebellious nature. Grease has enjoyed enduring popularity with an eight-year Broadway run, multiple revivals, countless school and community productions, and is now showing on the Weathervane stage for the first time in 57 years!
