Jeff and Quinn need to sell their charming Victorian house, but just as their open house is about to start, a mouse is spotted in the upstairs hallway. Their real estate agent insists on an exterminator, but the kindhearted Quinn demands only humane methods, leading each of the three characters to secretly call a different humane exterminator. Written by Todd Wallinger and directed by Kiersten Conway, this furry farce features Beck Center's pre-teen students.
