The Muses at Kokandy Productions

The Muses tells the story of William Albright, a struggling opera composer, who confronts his feelings for his best friend and muse, Laura, on her wedding day. As he attempts to express his love, he embarks on a five-year journey marked by encounters with eight doppelgängers of Laura, inspired by the Greek Muses. This musical features book, music, and lyrics by Liam P. Mulligan and will be presented as part of the Chicago Musical Theatre Festival, showcasing new works from diverse creators.
