The Artistic Home presents Superior Donuts, a comedy-drama by Tracy Letts, exploring the themes of friendship and change set in a rundown donut shop in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood. The story follows Arthur Przybyszewski, played by Scott Westerman, as his routine is challenged by his employee Franco Wicks, portrayed by John N. Williams. October 02, 2025 The Artistic Home announced it will stage Tracy Letts' Chicago-set SUPERIOR DONUTS for a five-week run. This comedy drama, which premiered at Steppenwolf Theatre in 2008 and transferred to Broadway in 2009, is set in a run-down donut shop.About the Theatre
