Anatomy of a Suicide at Redtwist Theatre

Anatomy of a Suicide, written by Alice Birch and directed by Alex Mallory, follows three generations of women — a mother, a daughter, and a granddaughter — whose individual stories are told simultaneously as they each grapple with a deeply rooted legacy of pain and trauma. The Susan Smith Blackburn Prize-winning play is an intimate exploration of intergenerational trauma told across three interlinking narratives. The cast features Tatiana Pavela, Taigé Lauren, Isabel Lee Roden, Josh Razavi, Raúl Alonso, Allyce C. Torres, Jocelyn Maher, Laila Malak, Wisterman, and Faiz Siddique, among others. The production is presented by The Metal Shop Performance Lab in partnership with JunkHeart.
