Upstart Arts presents a staged reading of William Shakespeare's searing assault on the fragility of love and trust. In a time of war, newlywed Othello relies on honest men and their actions to support his success in an adopted land. Meanwhile, his trusted ensign Iago's deliberate lies set a trap imperiling all that Othello loves. This work is premiering as a fundraiser for the York County Food Bank to help those in need in York, Pennsylvania, during these difficult times. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/othello-a-staged-reading-tickets-1974954767875?aff=oddtdtcreator
