Daughters (Hijas): A New Musical is written by Saviana Stanescu with music and lyrics by Julián Mesri, co-produced and directed by Courtney Young Socher, and co-produced and choreographed by Priscilla Hummel. The show explores themes of four generations of women shaping histories and her-stories. The cast features Francisa Muñoz as Mariana, Sabina Lueras as Andrea, Erica Reyes as Clara, Ísis Jarnicki de Carvalho as Claudia/Beatrice, and Josh Totora as Bogdan, with ensemble members including Sana Sarr, Lola Cate Bradley, Melissa Hecker, Jilayne Kistner, Ashton Showers, and Gaby Robino. The production is co-produced with Walking on Water Productions and presented as part of Kitchen Theatre Company's Kitchen Sink Series.
