The Trial at The Parlor at Savage Wonder

Savage Wonder stages its own adaptation of Franz Kafka's The Trial, translated from German and directed by Founding Artistic Director Christopher Paul Meyer. Five actors play twenty-five parts, including Ana Anderson, Mike Labbadia, Dylan Crow, and Viet Vo. Josef K. wakes to find himself under arrest with no explanation, and no one in the play, from the court to the lawyer to the clerk, can give him an answer. The production is staged in the company's flash-to-bang style, rehearsed the day of and performed that night with no props, no costumes, and actors on book.
