Reverend Billy To Have Winter Residency At Joe's Pub 'And Then They Came For All Of Us'

The activists-who-sing are back at Joe's Pub for an all-too-necessary revival. Reverend Billy and The Church of Stop Shopping Choir's new performance piece 'And Then They Came For All of Us' refers both to the familiar poem by Martin Niemoller and to the detainment of courageous Stop-Shopping Choir member, director of the New Sanctuary Coalition - and victim of Trump-era fear-mongering - Ravi Ragbir. Ravi and four other immigrant choir members of the troupe have either been forcibly deported or are actively fighting to stay.

CO/LAB Theater Group is excited up to present its 10th CO/LABaret, a yearly benefit concert to support our programs. To celebrate, we're bringing back our favorite songs from each of the previous CO/LABarets for one spectacular night of music, featuring some of NYC's finest vocal talent in The Best of CO/LABaret. This year's concert will take place on Sunday, October 28 at 7PM at the Green Room 42.

After creating over forty cabaret shows exploring the glories and personalities of the Great American Songbook, Andrea will present the New York debut of  Crossing Time for two shows only.

Honoring the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I and the beginning of the Weimar Republic (1918-2018)   International chanteuse Adrienne Haan will be featured in a Joseph Barry Production, Voluptuous Weimar-A Tribute to Berlin's Golden Age.  Haan's performance celebrates the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I and the beginning of the Weimar Republic with musical selections that characterize Berlin during the 1920's and early 30's as a time of change.  The program under the musical direction of  pianist Richard Danley includes Spoliansky's, It's All a Swindle, Hollaender's Falling in Love Again, Berlin's Puttin' on the Ritz and Porter's Night and Day. Ms. Haan will perform with the Grammy-award winning 1920's Big Band, Vince Giordano and The Nighthawks.
