Next Week, 54 Below will some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond, including Stephanie Pope, Jonathan Poretz and more. 

54 SINGS Carole King – MAY 11 AT 7PM

This performance will also be livestreamed. Carole King will not appear at this performance.

Join in as they celebrate the legendary Carole King! From her composition days with Gerry Goffin, to her breakout record Tapestry, and of course with her smash hit Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, King has had an array of hit musical moments. This soulful show will include songs that King recorded and performed like “I Feel the Earth Move” and “Beautiful,” songs she originally wrote for other artists like “Natural Woman” and “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow,” and songs by her closest friends and collaborators including James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, and more.

54 SINGS Troye Sivan: A WALK THROUGH BLUE NEIGHBORHOOD – MAY 12 AT 9:30PM

Troye Sivan will not appear at this performance. Inspired by the 10 year anniversary of his album Blue Neighborhood, this show will share a narrative journey through Troye Sivan’s most popular songs. Join us for a tale constructed from the expanse of his repertoire, including selections from albums Blue Neighborhood, Bloom, In A Dream, and Something to Give Each Other.

This performance will also be livestreamed. A Place For Us is a celebration of Jewish culture, honoring the songs and stories of Jewish composers and their crucial contributions to the American musical. Join Ari Axelrod in celebrating this award-winning show’s brand new album.

The Jewish Week awarded Ari the prestigious “36 To Watch Award,” recognizing him as one of the 36 most influential Jews in the United States. He received the 2022 Bistro Award for Best Theatrical Artistry in Song. Beth Malone SINGS 1990S LESBIAN ICONS AND STARSTRUCK – MAY 15 & 16 AT 7PM

Tony nominee Beth Malone returns to 54 Below for the first time in five years in a brand new concert celebrating 1990s lesbian icons including the Indigo Girls, k.d. lang, Tracy Chapman, and Melissa Etheridge.

Best known for originating the role of Alison in the Tony-winning musical Fun Home, Malone brings songs and personal stories to the stage.

FROM CORINNE’S HEART, A NEW MUSICAL BY Charles Mandracchia – MAY 15 AT 9:30PM

This performance will also be livestreamed. From Corinne’s Heart is a heartwarming new musical of hope and resilience inspired by true events.

Produced and composed by Emmy Award nominee and original cast member of Grand Hotel Charles Mandracchia, the musical follows Corinne, who dreamed of becoming a world-class figure skater before being diagnosed with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Music direction by Mitch Marcus.
