Song: "Love Me Like You Do" by Ellie Goulding

Performance:

Chevel Shepherd, 16

Team Kelly

Hometown: La Plata, New Mexico

Chevel's powerful voice does not necessarily match her petite stature at just 16 years old. Chevel was raised on country music and the outdoors-often doing crafts, feeding the animals, and fixing up cars with her dad. Since Chevel was eight, she has been singing in town wherever she can, but there aren't a lot of music opportunities where she lives. Chevel is ready for her talents to be heard BEYOND her small town.

Song: "You Look So Good In Love" by George Strait

As the gigs picked up, he was able to do music full-time. Dave now lives in NASHVILLE with his wife Eden, performs at private events, and writes songs for a living.

After nearly a decade of indie songwriting, recording and open mic nights, he moved to ATLANTA to pursue music on a larger scale.
