Demi Lovato rocked the stage on this morning's "Good Morning America," performing her new single "Made in the USA" and hits such as "Give Your Heart a Break" and "Heart Attack." Lovato also appeared on the morning show on Thursday, opening up about her father's recent death and launching a mental illness scholarship fund in his name. Check out the appearances below!
