Tomorrow, Real Housewife Teresa Giudice reveals intimate details from her time behind bars she's never shared before. Guidice tells Dr. Oz about her new passion for yoga, her current relationship with her husband, and turning the tables to forgiveness in life after prison.

On what surprised her the most about being in prison, Giudice says: "There was such amazing women that I met there that 'I know I'm not the only good person in here.' The women were incredible, smart women. I was with doctors, lawyers, stock brokers, bankers, women that got caught up with things that they didn't even know they were getting caught up with. And it was sad because a lot of other women had children and there should be different alternatives for women. Because you know who will become the victims...the children."

On how exercise helped her while behind bars, Giudice states: "Mentally, I just wanted to keep focus and that's what kept me focused. Doing exercise and I read a lot of books, because being a mom, when I was home, I never had time to read. So I just read a lot of books and that's it."

On her outlook on forgiveness, Giudice states: "Listen it depends - its okay to forgive, but you shouldn't forget what somebody did to you 'cause you never know if that person will do it again. I mean, I'm kind of old school that way, I think you should never forget. Just always have it in the back of your mind what did happen, but I'll forgive and move on. Just always remember because that person could do it again to you and why would you want that done again, correct?
