Tia Mowry lives a busy life balancing between being a full-time wife, mother, and working actress. Even with her hectic schedule, she finds time for her passion and what she loves most - cooking and preparing delicious meals to share with her family and friends. Whether she is throwing a birthday party for her son, a reunion dinner party for her castmates, a red carpet viewing party with friends, or hosting her family for the holidays, Tia's homemade meals are sure to please on the return of Tia Mowry at Home, premiering tonight, November 4th at 8:00pmET/5:00pmPT on Cooking Channel.

"On the return of Tia Mowry at Home, viewers will enjoy a taste of her passion for preparing home-cooked meals, and will get a bigger bite of her life in and out of THE KITCHEN filled with new recipes and inspiring food adventures," said Michael Smith, General Manager and Senior Vice President, Cooking Channel.

Over the course of the 13 half-hour long episodes, Tia prepares easy-to-make, flavor-packed recipes with a side of entertainment and laughter. In one episode, Tia has the perfect food day from start to finish. First, she kicks-off the day with a healthy Green Juice and a Greek Frittata full of fresh vegetables. For lunch she heads to one of her favorite places Stout Burgers & Beers, where she meets the chef and learns the secrets to their signature specialty dishes that inspire Tia with a great idea for dinner. To end the day right, Tia makes Grilled Flank Steak Wrapped Asparagus to share with her friend actress Natasha Marc. In another episode, Tia's husband, Corey Hardrict, joins her in the kitchen. They both love to cook and are both incredibly competitive, so they decide to have a cook-off to finally settle once and for all who the master of THE KITCHEN truly is. To test their skills they must both make entrées using shrimp as the main ingredient, and then they must whip up a decadent dessert using bananas. The stakes are high as the losing chef will have to do dishes for a week. May the best chef win!

Throughout the season Tia prepares satisfying and delicious meals ranging from one-pot chicken dinners enabling her to share more time with her guests, to Brown Butter Green Beans with Hazelnuts and Miso Brussels Sprouts for healthier holiday sides, to Bahamian Pineapple Tart and Chai Spiced Bundt Cake for a sweet end to any meal. It is a busy and full life, but Tia would not change a thing!
