Cassadee Pope, the season-three winner of NBC's hit musical competition series "The Voice," is atop the iTunes all-genre chart following her return appearance on the show Tuesday night.

Pope debuted her new single "Wasting All These Tears" to open Tuesday's show. The song reached No. 1 on the iTunes country chart by midday, and once she performed the song live on "The Voice" it quickly catapulted to No. 3 across all genres.

This is a return to the top of the all-genre chart for Pope, who held that position when she was competing in season three of "The Voice."

Current "Voice" artists are also hitting the charts. The remaining singers have all made the top 30 on the iTunes top 200 chart and had top 5 songs in the country, pop and r&b charts."

Pope will perform the single again tonight from Nashville on the CMT Music Awards. She continues to open for Rascal Flatts on the "Live and Loud" tour that stops in Atlanta Thursday. Additional tour dates can be found on www.CassadeePope.com.

"The Voice" is a presentation of Mark Burnett's One Three Inc., Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television. The series was created by John de Mol, who executive-produces along with Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Stijn Bakkers and Lee Metzger.
