NOBODY WANTS THIS Season 3 Soundtrack Released via Atlantic Records
The collection includes previously unreleased demo recordings from Miley Cyrus and an original track by Megan Moroney.
Atlantic Records has released Nobody Wants This Season 3: (Soundtrack from the Netflix Series), the official musical companion to the third season of Netflix's hit romantic comedy series. The collection brings together an all-star lineup of global hitmakers and breakthrough talent, featuring all-new, previously unreleased recordings including 'Say When' by Megan Moroney, an original song written specifically for the series. The star-studded soundtrack also features 'Cold Blooded (Demo)' and 'You (Demo),' two previously unreleased demo recordings from Miley Cyrus, plus standout tracks including 'My Kinda Love' by Stella Lefty & Bailey Zimmerman and 'Set Me Free' from Cameron Whitcomb, which were both recently performed live during show dates in Australia and LA. Nobody Wants This Season 3 is now available to stream globally on Netflix.
Moroney's 'Say When' leans into the charged space between friendship and romance, pairing guitar-driven instrumentation with an irresistible melody and a playful rhythmic pulse as two friends consider crossing that line. Written by Moroney, Luke Laird and Jessie Jo Dillon, and produced by Laird, the song captures the anticipation of discovering that a familiar connection could become something more.
'I loved getting to write 'Say When' for Nobody Wants This,' said Moroney. 'When I first saw the scene, I knew I wanted to write it with Jessie Jo Dillon and Luke Laird. It's always fun to challenge myself to write about something fictional rather than my own life.'
Building on the runaway success of season two's soundtrack, the new collection features exclusive tracks from Miley Cyrus, Megan Moroney, J Balvin, Ellie Goulding, Ravyn Lenae, Metric, Stella Lefty & Bailey Zimmerman, Maisie Peters, Noga Erez, Mimi Webb, Jessie Murph, Alyssa Grace, Cameron Whitcomb, Bella Kay, and Elle Coves, alongside an original score suite from composer Duncan Blickenstaff.
To celebrate the release, fans in Los Angeles can visit a one-day-only Nobody Wants This photo booth experience at The Grove LA. Taking place on Friday, October 23 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, visitors are invited to listen to the new soundtrack, pose, and capture their own picture-perfect moment.
'Music is such a big part of how people connect with 'Nobody Wants This,'' said Simon Tikhman, CEO and Co-Founder of The Core Entertainment and Executive Producer of the soundtrack. 'We wanted to bring together a collection of artists whose songs could deepen those moments and become part of how people remember the show.'
'We approached the soundtrack as an integral part of the season's overall music supervision,' says Manish Raval of Aperture Music. 'Having this collection of original songs to work with gave us a fresh range of sounds to draw from, weaving new music alongside familiar tracks in ways that felt cohesive and unexpected.'
Nobody Wants This Season 3: (Soundtrack from the Netflix Series) was produced by Simon Tikhman (CEO and Co-Founder, The Core Entertainment), who served as both executive producer and soundtrack album producer, alongside fellow soundtrack album producers Jeff Levin (President of A&R, Atlantic Records / Co-Head of Atlantic Outpost), Chief Zaruk (CEO and Co-Founder, The Core Entertainment), and Ian Cripps (EVP of A&R, Atlantic Records / Co-Head of Atlantic Outpost), with key A&R contributions from Jamie Sudhalter (Head of A&R, The Core Entertainment). Music supervision for season three was led by Aperture Music's Manish Raval, Tom Wolfe, and Jonathan Leahy.
