Mike Birbiglia to Recur in ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK Season 3

The Hollywood Reporter writes that stand-up comic and actor Mike Birbiglia will appear in the third season of Netflix's ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK. The details of his recurring role are being kept under wraps.

Birbiglia just appeared on the big screen in The Fault In Our Stars and will next be seen in the upcoming remake of Annie. Also in his queue are Adult Beginners, Don't Mess with Texas, Digging for Fire and Trainwreck. The actor also starred in the semi-autobiographical movie Sleepwalk with Me in 2012.

Netflix garnered 31 nominations for the 2014 Emmy Awards (airing this weekend), with 12 for the first season of ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK.
