Justin Bieber Returns to NBC's TODAY for Final Concert of the Summer

For the first time since drawing massive crowds with his 2012 performance, Justin Bieber will return to NBC's TODAY for a special live concert on Rockefeller Plaza, today, September 10.

In his fifth TODAY summer concert, the multi-platinum superstar will treat fans and "Beliebers" to a show featuring five of his hottest hits, including the new single, "What Do you Mean?," off his highly-anticipated album. Bieber's fourth studio album is set to release on November 13.

Bieber's performance will close out the 20th annual "Toyota Concert Series on TODAY," and fans can follow on social media using #BieberTODAY.
