Academy Award(R) and Golden Globe(R) Award nominee Eric Roberts ("Runaway Train") has been set as a recurring guest star on USA's top rated and critically-acclaimed original drama SUITS, which returns for a fourth season on Wednesday, June 11 at 9/8c.

Roberts will play Charles Forstman, a titan of finance with a net worth in the billions and an outsized personality to match. His checkbook could swing any takeover battle, but if someone wants him on their side they'll have to figure out what to give the man who has everything. With his own ideas about how the game should be played, Forstman could knock over the whole chessboard.

Suits stars Gabriel Macht ("Love and Other Drugs"), SAG(R) Award nominee Patrick J. Adams ("Luck"), Gina Torres ("Firefly"), Rick Hoffman ("Samantha Who"), Meghan Markle ("CSI: Miami") and Sarah Rafferty ("Brothers & Sisters"). Roberts joins recently announced recurring guest stars DB Woodside, Brendan Hines, Michael Gross, Neil McDonough and Melanie Papalia.

Roberts is a triple threat with numerous film, television and stage performances. He is an Academy Award(R) nominee for his role in "Runaway Train" and a three-time Golden Globe(R) nominee for "Runaway Train," "Star 80" and "King of the Gypsies." In addition, Roberts received critical acclaim at the Sundance Film Festival for his roles in "A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints" and "It's My Party." He starred in "La Cucaracha," which won Best Film at the Austin Film Festival, and for which Roberts won Best Actor at the New York Independent Film Festival that same year. Other notable performances include "Final Analysis," "The Pope of Greenwich Village," "Raggedy Man," "Hollywood Dreams," "Babyfever," "Heaven's Prisoners," "The Dark Knight" and "The Expendables." Television roles includes "Heroes," "Entourage," "The L Word," "The Cleaner," the "CSI" franchise, "Justified," "Less Than Perfect," the Emmy(R)-nominated adaptation of Truman Capote's "In Cold Blood," and "Crash." On stage, Roberts won the Theatre World Award for his role on Broadway in "Burn This." He returned to the New York stage in "The Exonerated" and appeared in the show's touring company as well. Roberts is represented by APA and Triple E Productions.

From Universal Cable Productions, Suits was created and is executive produced by Aaron Korsh ("The Deep End"). Doug Liman (COVERT AFFAIRS, "The Bourne Trilogy," "Mr. & Mrs. Smith") and David Bartis (COVERT AFFAIRS, "The O.C.") of Hypnotic, as well as Daniel Arkin ("90210"), Chris Downey ("King & Maxwell," "Leverage"), Gene Klein of Hypnotic (COVERT AFFAIRS) and Anton Cropper ("Fairly Legal") serve as executive producers.
