DWTS Champ Nyle DiMarco to Guest Host World-Famous Chippendales in Las Vegas

Las Vegas just got hotter! The world famous Chippendales are thrilled to announce their latest celebrity guest host, actor, model, activist, Dancing with the Stars and America's Next Top Model winner, Nyle DiMarco. DiMarco's limited engagement with the legendary Chippendales runs for four weeks only, from September 22 through October 16, 2016, at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. If you've seen him on Dancing With the Stars, then you know DiMarco has the moves, physique, charisma and charm to heat up the Las VEGAS STRIP like never before. He also happens to be fourth generation Deaf!

Nyle DiMarco is the latest celebrity to join the exclusive roster of guest hosts at Chippendales. From international supermodel Tyson Beckford to everyone's favorite childhood crush, Ian Ziering, every celebrity guest who's ever donned the brand's iconic cuffs and collar brings his own flavor of excitement to sold-out audiences. DiMarco will also be the first-ever Deaf member of the internationally renowned production.

About Nyle DiMarco:
Nyle DiMarco is an actor, model and spokesman. A native New Yorker, DiMarco also happens to be fourth generation Deaf. He attendEd Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., the only liberal arts university in the world for the Deaf, where he was awarded a degree in Mathematics. Until recently, DiMarco fully intended to become a math teacher as when he was a teen, he was inspired by his own math teacher to challenge his own abilities and not let the perceived notions that being Deaf was a disability hold him back from pursuing his dreams and experiencing adventure. In 2013, DiMarco had a leading role in the independent film In the Can, which was told in American Sign Language with English subtitles. In 2014 and 2015, he played the recurring role of Garrett Banducci in SWITCHED AT BIRTH on the FreeForm network. In the spring of 2016, DiMarco was named the winner of Season 22 of the Emmy nominated ABC series Dancing with the Stars. Most recently, DiMarco made a guest appearance on DIFFICULT PEOPLE starring Billy Eichner for Hulu. DiMarco was doing freelance modeling for about a year before he was contacted by America's Next Top Model producers in 2015. They scouted the 25-year-old via his Instagram account without realizing he was Deaf. He was named the winner of the season as the only Deaf contestant in the show's history, and the second male to ever win. He views deafness as an advantage in modeling because he is accustomed to conveying messages without speaking. DiMarco does not consider himself to be disabled by deafness and he sees his media profile as an opportunity to bring awareness to Deaf culture. He is a spokesperson for LEAD-K, Language Equality and Acquisition for Deaf Kids. Additionally DiMarco is a signer and creative collaborator on The ASL App, an app that teaches conversational ASL. DiMarco is passionate about literacy, anti-bullying campaigns and advocacy within the Deaf Community. To that end, he recently launched his own foundation, The Nyle DiMarco Foundation, a non-profit organization that exists as a national philanthropic resource for all organizations, institutions and individuals working to improve the lives of every Deaf person in the world.
