CBS's MADAM SECRETARY Posts Week-to-Week Demo Growth

MADAM SECRETARY and THE GOOD WIFE both posted week-to-week demographic growth in key demographics, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Oct. 5. (Live +7-Day Projections follow.)

Note: Due to live event programming on CBS (30 minutes of late-running football in most ETZ and CTZ markets with 40 minutes of Jets-Chargers in New York state and Hartford). CBS ratings are tentative and subject to change.

At 8:30 PM, MADAM SECRETARY was up +21% in adults 18-49 (1.7/04 from 1.4/04) and +13% in adults 25-54 (2.6/06 from 2.3/06) from last week, while THE GOOD WIFE was up +8% in adults 18-49 (1.4/04 from 1.3/04).

From 7:30-8:30 PM, 60 MINUTES was up +48% in viewers (14.28m from 9.68m), +127% in adults 18-49 (2.5/08 from 1.1/04) and +88% in adults 25-54 (3.4/09 from 1.8/05).
