Sir Rod Stewart Honored with New Two-Hour CBS Special
The two-hour celebration brings viewers on stage and behind-the-scenes for a concert experience.
The Recording Academy and CBS are presenting A New Television event in honor of best-selling artist Sir Rod Stewart. Forever Young: A Grammy Salute to Rod Stewart Live will air on Tuesday, May 19 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS and stream on Paramount+.
The special honors the Grammy Award-winning, two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee with a two-hour celebration that brings viewers on stage and behind-the-scenes for a concert experience.
In addition to Stewart’s showmanship and musical catalogue, the special also reveals the man behind the music as Stewart invites viewers backstage for an interview reflecting on his life, devotion to his family and enduring passion for performing. Featuring rare archival footage and exclusive behind-the-scenes access, the broadcast captures the superstar as Stewart and his band launch the extended U.S. leg of his “One Last Time” tour, which first launched in 2024.
Ben Winston, Patrick Menton, Harvey Mason Jr., and Lou Fox are executive producers, with Menton also serving as showrunner. Fulwell Entertainment and Grammy Studios are producing with support from Iconic Artists Group.
Sir Rod Stewart is one of the best-selling artists in the history of recorded music, with more than 250 million records and singles sold worldwide.
