THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS Comes to Buffalo

THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS, the smart, provocative and wickedly funny theatrical adaptation of the C.S. Lewis novel about spiritual warfare from a demon's point of view, will be presented for two performances only at Buffalo's Center for the Arts, University at Buffalo-North, 103 Center for the Arts, on Saturday, April 14 at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Road Less Traveled Productions (RLTP) today announced the list of playwrights participating in the 2012 Emanuel Fried New Play Workshop (NPW). The 2012 NPW roster includes Katherine Boswell , Susan Fenster , Donna Hoke , Anne Moot , Thomas Scrivani , Adam Seidel , Darryl Schneider , and Michael Votta.

Road Less Traveled Productions (RLTP) will present its third annual Buffalo Young Writers Night on Wednesday, May 16 th at 7:00pm in The Road Less Traveled Theater (639 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203). The evening will feature winners of the 2012 Buffalo Young Writers Contest, recognizing outstanding student playwrights in the Western New York (WNY) area.

A.R. Gurney, a Buffalo native and nationally produced playwright, will be honored in Buffalo on Saturday, May 5 th , by Road Less Traveled Productions (RLTP) at its 2012 Spring Gala. Mr. Gurney is RLTP's 2012 American Theatre Master and author of the upcoming production, Ancestral Voices , the third and final selection of RLTP's three-year cycle of Gurney's work.

Chautauqua Theater Company (CTC) announces its 29th season as the resident theater on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution -- western New York's summer arts festival.
