THE LAST FIVE YEARS Opens at Alleyway Theatre Tonight, 10/11
The Alleyway Theatre has announced that its offerings for the remainder of 2012 include The Last Five Years and A Christmas Carol.
On the heels of Road Kill will be Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years, presented by TBD. The production will run from tonight, October 11 through October 14, featuring Christopher Wietig and Leah Schneider. The Last Five Years is a two-character musical that starts at the end of a five year relationship for her, but at the beginning for him. The production will run Thursday-Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 2PM.
2012 will close out with A Christmas Carol. The Charles Dickens’ classic is adapted and directed by Neal Radice and will run from December 6 through December 16. Beloved British actor John Smeathers, who has played Ebenezer Scrooge for the past 15 years, returns to Buffalo for one last time. This will be his final performance as the old miser before retiring from the role.
