You, Me, & Ennui at The Singh Performance Center

When 32-year-old Samantha wakes up with a hangover on 75-year-old Theodore's couch, the only logical way to navigate the situation is to pose as his caretaker. While discovering why she is there, Sam and Teddy form a strange yet wonderful bond.

Sometimes people stumble into your life... and help heal you.

You, Me, and Ennui by Kara Emily Krantz is a poignant yet hilarious exploration of angst, intergenerational connection, and the absurd moments in between.

“You, Me, and Ennui is a play that will make you laugh like hell even as it sends off low-frequency waves of emotional resonance that touch your heart. Krantz's wry tender voice, the enviable ease with which she soft-shoes between irony and sincerity, is spellbinding. She takes care to imbue each one of her characters with a psychological texture that makes them feel achingly alive.” – Vishesh Abeyratne
