The skirt comes out of the dry cleaners yet again...
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
I can't WAIT to see this.. it's going to be AMAZING..
I'm still curious who will be Mary and Archibald, any rumors floating around?
As much as I LOOOOVE Celia, I cannot picture her as Martha for some reason.. I know Martha should be young, I just can't picture it.. I have a feeling I will be pleasantly surprised, she has a gorgeous voice and is great in Spelling Bee.
Michael Arden is going to sing the sh*t out of Dickon's part.
"Goodness is rewarded. Hope is guaranteed. Laughter builds strong bones. Right will intercede. Things you've said I often find I need, indeed. I see the world through your eyes. What's black and white is colorized. The knowledge you most dearly prized I'm eager to employ. You said that life has infinite joys."
This is looking fantastic. Definitely hope I'll be able to go.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...

I'm so excited about this. I just ordered my tickets. I dont know the show that well, but I've heard the music once or twice and thought it was really good. I can't wait for the rest of the casting
Strangely enough, Terrence Mann was around before Lennon and has been "getting work" for quite a while. He even originated a few little Broadway roles...just a couple things like ummm...Javert in this British import, Les Miser-something, Rum Tum Tugger in some random longest running show in Broadway history, and well one of the two title roles in Beauty and the Beast...
Apparently SOMEONE likes him.

Oh! Thanks sanda.... Max could just stand onstage during the concert and not do a thing and I'd still be thrilled:) Knowing he's going to sing makes me even happier.
god da*n, what's with all the MANN animosity? I've always been a MANN fan, wayyyyy before Lennon. I've seen him in several shows and have always loved him. He has an incredible voice (and an incredible range!) and stage presence... well, that's just my opinion.
I never knew there were people that hated him so much. I don't understand it. Oh well.
Range? Wow. And I've never really heard him SING anything...that's part of the problem. He tends to fake it (as in on-pitch, maybe, but with little intensity or control), scoops to (briefly) reach the high notes, and his phrasing is hideous.
Oh well. I guess that's why there are different opinions! :)
Moving on...Max is a nice choice for Albert. I played Albert locally once, and he really have some nice things to sing. Updated On: 10/13/05 at 01:08 PM
I'm sure most people will also agree that Terrence Mann was also a great Frank in RHS.
