I have been trying to purchase tickets to Waitress all night on Telecharge to no avail. I pick the date, pick the seat, hit "buy" and every time an error pops up. I've tried it on my phone, ipad, and laptop. Anyone else having this problem?
I haven’t bought a ticket in the last 24 hours, but I have been searching shows for dates and seats while planning. I’ve had trouble since yesterday afternoon searching seats on a single date for any show I’ve tried. It will let me select a specific date/time, but once I select it, it routes me back to the page where you select your number of tickets and date. If I try searching using the date range feature, I can get in to a single date that way in order to view seats and prices. But haven’t tried purchasing. I tried on Safari on my iPad and Chrome on my desktop.
I had similar issues when trying to purchase my seats.
The inexplicable fix was:
Don’t search for the show you want. Run the search by a set of dates, for example, the day before your show to a week after. Click to next performance - until you get to your performance. Select your seats, buy.
Is it possible to use their phone option yet? I always have better success that way.
(I remember the phone operator at TicketMaster being dumbfounded the time I ordered tickets for five consecutive performances of HELLO, DOLLY! Each ticket had to be processed separately!)

You're welcome. Telecharge can put all orders under one number, but I don't recommend it. I did that with Music Man in 2019, but with every covid-related rescheduling, it became confusing especially when they mistakenly put 2 separate performances on one date.
My one consistent annoyance that I've expressed to telecharge management to no avail is that when you place a tel order with them, it does not show up in the "my orders" section of your telecharge account. You may know that the "my orders" section only shows orders you place yourself. It should keep any order placed under your name.
And I discovered audience rewards doesn't always attach to your phone order (even if it's in your account) unless you give the phone rep the number. I had to manually give it to audience rewards after a performance.
With telecharge, TM, Seatgeek, LCT, and theaters selling tix, I put all my orders on an excel spread sheet with show, date, day, time, seat, price, order number. It made it easier to keep track so I didn't buy a show on a date I already had considering all these shows opening at once.
