Hi, I got this verse stuck in my head and can't remember the rest of the song and therefore, the title.
Here's what I do remember:
"La la la la la, la la la, doesn't it?
La la la la la, la la la, doesn't it?"
The notes of "doesn't it" are probably D, E, F - so, a scale upwards. Also, the melody of the first line gets repeated, so the second one is (apart form the lyrics) exactly the same. It's sung by a man and the song is more of a ballad / a thoughtful song. I think the style is more on the contemporary side, so not classical. The song that I could think of that comes closest in style is "I am my own invention" from Wonderland or maybe something from "Daddy Long Legs".
I know that's not much but maybe someone can guess what song I'm talking about. I wouldn't be surprised if it was more of a obscure one, to be honest. Any help is very much appreciated :)
"Backstage Babble" from Applause. I'm not at all sure, that's just what came to mind.

Not sure if this is helpful, but the first thing I thought of was "Thank Goodness" from Wicked: "Happy is what happens when all your dreams come true. Well, isn't it?"
