How long before Thanksgiving parade is cancelled? The same holds true for Rockefeller Center tree lighting . The big one is when Times Square Ball drop will be on the chopping block .

All these were held during wartime but the powers that be now are staying busy. NYC has an uber low infection rate ..We are in phase 4 but bars cannot stay open. This is being arbitrary and by the time the ban on bars is lifted only a handful will be left. Wonder how many casualties all the restrictions they will cause. .No problem with the mask but I constantly see people without them..Many are saying the restrictions are worse than the disease

What's arbitrary about it? Bars can stay open until 11pm. We don't have indoor bars/dining because of spikes from other states where this was included in their phased opening. It's always a pleasure to read your ramblings and see how out of touch you are from the world. Never change.

The "test is really uncomfortable"? Try having a severe case of it or better yet, look up what Nick Cordero went through. Thanks so much.

You have been told to stay home. A home with heat. A home with entertainment. A presumable comfortable home. Do you live in a studio in Queens with 4 other people? Are you homeless? Are you in the ICU suffering? Are you fighting a war? Are you dying of cancer? Did your best friend die of Covid19? No? None of those things? Then sit down, shut up, and continue watching Fox News for all your information about this pandemic.

I’d rather have my family alive for Thanksgiving than watch a parade alone. This is some next level ignorance.

"The test is really uncomfortable"

It is a nasal swab that goes very far back. In Ontario we routinely do this as MRSA  elimination on all admissions.

It could have been worse, guess which orifice we use for  C.Diff/VRE?

(corn? when did I eat corn?)
