Going to NYC 22nd-26th April and my brother is desperate to see this. What do you think the odds are of there being discounted tickets available at some point for those dates? It will only have been open a few weeks. Is it selling well?

You're guess would be as good as ours. There aren't reports this early, unless theyre record breaking.

Youre best bet might be looking at Telecharge (or ticketmaster) to see what houses look like...in another month or so.

My guess? There will be discounts.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Found out there's a discount code now but only up to 4th April i.e. last preview. Hopefully there will be another one....

TodayTix is at $79-99 through May, around $125 on Show Score, and about $140-170 on StubHub and Ticketmaster. I’m sure there will be another discount code - but if not, this gives you about two months to save up $$$.

I am big. It’s the REVIVALS that got small.

Unfortunately I'll be trying to see 6-8 shows that week so can't afford to spend big just on this one! Thanks for the info though- appreciate it! I'll keep checking back. With the telecharge offer you can get $79 side orch, but only till end of previews for now. Would be so good if that continued....

Don't worry, wait until closer to April. Once this starts playing, there will be as many people who hate it as like it, and there will be discounts.

You may be right!  I will say however, I’ve seen ticket prices to new shows increase substantially as May/June approaches, depending upon response.

I noticed that prices for early May performances increased by $20 over the past couple of days, so, knowing that I wanted to see it then, with good seats, I bit the bullet and purchased a couple of $172.50 tickets.
Codes may be offered then, and I could have been lucky scoring those seats for around $110 ish, but, didn’t want to gamble.
