The "Tina" cast recording is out today and I am loving every second of it. Adrienne Warren doesn't sound exactly like Tina Turner but she definitely has the energy and is KILLING every song she sings on this album (I have had "River Deep Mountain High" on repeat since the single was released a little while ago). I am all ready on my second listen of the album and I can't wait to see Adrienne and the rest of the cast tear up the stage in person when it transfers to Broadway.

I saw this in London last April when it was still in previews and she is AMAZING!! You will love it.

Saw it in London a few week's ago- and she will be a huge hit on Broadway. Have not seen a performance like this since Billy Porter in Kinky Boots of the lead in Fela. Very few performers have the energy and skill to pull off a high energy performance like this several times a week. She is an amazing performer- really captures Tina- and though not a fan of jukebox musicals- this one is special- due to her performance.
