I'm very sad! This is...strange, no? I wonder if the folks at WAITRESS wouldn't let her out of her contract? But that should've been resolved before the announcement... Maybe we will get answers soon.
If we can't have Betsy, I'd love to see Jenn Gambatese in the role. Or Samantha Massell.

It's very disappointing that she had to back out. Too bad Ashley Park's in Mean Girls because I think she'd be stunning in the part.

Sad to see Betsy depart so suddenly as I was looking forward to seeing her as I know she was going to be amazing.

huh i didn't realize it was only 14 days ago that Betsy had been announced for this show, that was fast for her to drop out so fast.
