I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I saw the 2NT with Jessica and Ginna and They were Amazing! The entire cast was amazing, and I was so lucky to see them, one of the best Touring Productions I've seen in a while, but this is mainly focused on Jess.
Ginna Claire Mason: wow. She was phenomenal! Like so many others, she was on the more Megan Hilty comedy approach to G(a)linda, but she also really made this emotional connection with the audience, which made some of the heavier conversations and topics, MUCH MORE convincing, and heartbreaking. Her high notes were a little iffy, but it didn't take away from her amazing night.
Jessica Vosk. Wow. I was speechless by her performance, she took the character to new heights, and is truly the best Elphaba I've had the honor to watch. She has really personified and created this complex Elphaba that others don't fully have a grasp on. Her "Signature Songs" (The Wizard and I, Defying Gravity, No Good Deed) are better than the cast recording, by far. Her Defying Gravity is like a breath of fresh air! No crazy riffs with the vocalists pushing to stay on the note. She sticks mainly to the original barebone notes, but that allows her to enunciate and focus on getting the clearest notes possible. Her choices are suggesting that "No Good Deed" as her climax as a character, which is different compared to some Elphabas that really climax for DG and then kind of slowly float down the end.
Catch them if you can! Jessica is only signed on for Philly (but I know she has considered signing on with the company for longer, at the stage door, she said to expect news sometime in August)
Ginna should be with the tour until March if she has a year long contract.
I've read Jessica has been extended through Cincinnati
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

If this turns out to be legit, it'll be the best news I've heard all day! I was so saddened to learn she was leaving on Philly and I would miss her, but now if she DOES do Cincy, I'll be one happy camper!
I've said this on at least 57 other threads, but I do hope she brings the role to the Gershwin. I've seen many, many Elphabas, and hers was just jaw-dropping. Unbelievably good.
I saw her last night and she was AMAZING(as was Gina)..She tweeted she wasn't stage dooring after the show but would before,Sadly,my dad got me there 10 mins too late from traffic. Was thinking of going back and entering the lottery (Spent wayy too much on Family Circle seats) but I know the chances of winning are slim.Don't feel like going back down just to stage door again.Does she answer fanmail ? I saw/met Jackie Burns in If/Then in Philly last year and I can't imagine how her Elphaba sounds live.
I'll be seeing Jessica on the 13th and the 24th (her final) of next month. I'll also be seeing the first performance of whoever her replacement is on the 26th. September is shaping up to be a very wicked month.
She's giving out gifts to all the fans at the Stagedoor after her final show, she truly is something special. Her voice is incredible as well, and if showing no sign of strain, which is pretty remarkable for someone who's been with the tour over a year now.
BroadwayConcierge: She is a special one. Destined for great things.
AGREED.
She had been planning to release a cover of "She Used to Be Mine" -- does anyone know, has she not done that yet, or did I somehow miss it? (Not for the album; she said she was doing it soon.)

Last night she tweeted it will be done soon. She's been battling a sinus infection here in Philly but you wouldn't know it with how great she sounds.
the cast hasn't been good at hiding it, shes been with the cast for a couple weeks now. Also Standby-Sunday seems to be gone, MKM won't be continuing them.

You know that how?"
A friend has direct contact with her. Chelsea will still be getting shows, but from what I've been told, it's going to be more sporadic (not every Sunday, nor on closing/travel days, but it could be random days here and there.)
When MK was Standby, Emily Koch went over 6 weeks without calling out.

Yeah I know how long Koch could go without calling out. Just like Jackie is on the Broadway.
Also I saw Jessica on Sunday matinees too. More than one actually and I saw Emily on days other than Sunday matinee.
