I love Donna Marie Asbury, the current understudy. If she goes on, I will be there. She's a true triple threat and really amazing as a performer.

I think Rachelle Rak, Molly Tynes (what a fabulous choice!!!!) could also be pretty awesome.

Can Krysta Rodriguez dance?? I kind of think she'd be some kind of wonderful.

Considering Krysta was a replacement Bebe in 'A Chorus Line' and in a heavy-dancing track (and understudied Vanessa) in 'In the Heights' I assume her dancing is up to par.

I've seen both Stephanie Pope and Donna Marie Asbury as Velma on tour, and they were both terrific.

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

That video of Laura Bell and Asmeret was fantastic! I'd love to see her back on the boards. She could probably attract an audience now with her country background.
