It's the world premiere of a new play. How could there be buzz?

With regard to rehearsals, et al. I'm fully aware it's a world premiere. Was looking for some 'inside scoop' as things progress. We blink, and previews are underway in a couple weeks. :)

It's quite funny that Victoria Clark is away from Cinderella for a few months to do this play and that Danny Burstein's wife Rebecca Luker is replacing Clark. I wonder if it was strategically planned?
