Ugh! I'm assuming seats are in back of mezz...Loved sitting front row at Ghost! That theatre is just way too big to sit in the back! Did it for Little Mermaid and Christmas Story! Hope its not the case!
I'm really confused. I tried last week to try to get a standing room ticket, and was told that they aren't doing it until after opening. Yet, both weeks they have been over capacity so they have been selling it.
Is this policy real because it's not on the Motown website or BroadwayforBrokePeople and no one really has tried it. Has anyone and did I just miss it?
I went to go see if there was in fact a rush policy last night, but the woman in the box office was so rude to me that I simply left without even caring to ask.
I didn't realize waving someone off was good customer service.
"Anybody that goes to the theater, I think we’re all misfits, so we ended up on stage or in the audience.” --- Patti LuPone.
Went to the box office yesterday. They have a 40$ policy, but have only done it TWICE. Wouldnt count on this. Went at 5pm and people were already in line for Cancellations.
I went on a Saturday and both shows were sold out on Ticketmaster so I went at 10 and asked he said they still had tickets available and to come back 30 minutes later. I did and they still didnt sell out but the man gave me a standing room ticket anyway (I think he felt bad for me). They are SUPPOSED to release them when the show completely sells out, which it does every night it appears.
