Premium ticket prices are not accounted into gross potential. Those tickets are calculated as regular price because if a premium ticket goes unsold, it is usually dropped to regular price. Unfortunately it is Ticketmaster that Kinky Boots is being sold on now. Jucamcyn has switched their shows from Telecharge to Ticketmaster for whatever reason. Just means worse customer service.
