I was just watching Lilo And Stitch on ABC Family recently. And with all of the talk about the next Disney musical on Broadway, why not Lilo and Stitch The Musical? Now, I am aware that I must be on drugs to think that this would work. So all comments are welcome to tell me how ridiculous this idea will be. But IF in some universe this became a show, this would be my dream cast:
Lilo - an unknown talented little girl Stitch - a kid in a wierd costume or a John Tartaglia with a a puppet and a blue costume on Nani - Karen Olivo David - Cliffton Hall Cobra Bubbles - a fatter/buffer, deep voiced version on Taye Diggs Gantu - Paul Vogt Agent Pleakley - Kevin McDonald Jumba Jookiba - Brian d'Arcy James Grand Councilwoman - Liza Minelli or an unknown Mertle Edmonds - a mini versin of Allie Trimm
*Please give constructive and civil criticism. And mature comments instead of "THAT WOULD SUCK!" Apparently, know sees the "But IF in some universe" part.

I don't think Lilo and Stitch would ever work as a musical.
"You drank a charm to kill John Proctor's wife! You drank a charm to kill Goody Proctor!" - Betty Parris to Abigail Williams in Arthur Miller's The Crucible
Im always open for new disney musicals! This is the first time Lilo and stich has ever crossed my mind. Disney can make anything happen on stage i believe, but i would rather see other movies go on stage, such as Nightmare b4 xmas, aladdin, hunchback.
