I And You - The Musical makes its world premiere at the Olney Theatre Center, following the success of Lauren Gunderson's original play. The story follows Caroline, who has been chronically ill and hasn't attended school recently, as an unexpected visit from Anthony thrusts them into a shared assignment on Walt Whitman's "Song of Myself." New music and lyrics by Ari Afsar complement Gunderson's book, bringing fresh life to the tale. The production is directed by Sarah Rasmussen and runs from April 23 to May 25, 2026.
