The 10th season of the Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show THE TALK premieres Monday, Sept. 9 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; 1:00-2:00 PM, PT/CT) on the CBS Television Network, hosted by Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood, Eve, Carrie Ann Inaba and newest host Marie Osmond. Today, Foals debut “The Runner,” the second song off their forthcoming album, Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 2, which will be released on Warner Records on October 18th. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1 has been shortlisted for this month's Mercury Prize, and both “The Runner” and the previously released song, “Black Bull”, encapsulate Part 2's stylistic evolution. The song is set in the aftermath of the landscape described in the final songs of Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1, a world that reflects our current emotional, political, and environmental predicament. Longtime transcendental folk favorites The Deer have announced a new album Do No Harm to be released November 1 on Keeled Scales / Secretly Distribution (Twain, Buck Meek, Jo Schornikow, Erin Durant, Sun June). The band share a home with the critically acclaimed indie label — Austin, Texas — where they've been honored by Austin Music Awards as Best Performing Folk Act and Runner Up: Best Austin Band. On the upcoming LP, it's easy to hear why. The songs are spacious — airy vocals float atop lovely, languid melodies and gently bopping percussion, adorned with softly swelling synths and thoughtfully plucked fiddle and mandolin. It's a sound that compels comparisons to both songwriting principals like Fleetwood Mac, Neko Case or Mazzy Star as well as indie folk contemporaries like Jade Bird, Haley Heynderickx, or Shannon Lay. On Thursday, October 3rd in NYC and on Saturday, October 5 in Boston, MA, three world-renowned devotional musicians will reunite in song to help rebuild an earthquake-ravaged sacred site in Kathmandu. Amazon Prime Video today announced that the second season of the fan-favorite, action-thriller Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, starring John Krasinski (A Quiet Place), will premiere globally on Friday, November 1, 2019. In addition to the series' launch date, the official trailer was also released today.

The Adult Swim Festival just got bigger! The super-sized two-day event is happening on Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16, at Los Angeles' newest entertainment venue, Banc Of California Stadium. This year's line-up features top bands and musical artists, comedians and immersive fan experiences that only Adult Swim can bring to life.

The Buchmans are back!  Paul Reiser and Helen Hunt reprise their roles in the Sony Pictures Television-produced limited event series on Wednesday, November 20 when the first six episodes drop ad-free exclusively on Spectrum's On Demand platform.  The final six episodes will release on Wednesday, December 18.

 SiriusXM and Pandora today announced that Howard Stern will commemorate the official October 7th opening of SiriusXM Hollywood, the company's new Hollywood complex featuring artist-first studios, with Stern's first broadcast from the West Coast in almost 20 years.

This fall, Craft Recordings will reissue five albums from the Stax vault on 180-gram vinyl. In stores November 1st, the titles include The Bar-Kays'Gotta Groove, Melting Pot from Booker T. & The M.G.'s, Delaney & Bonnie's Home, David Porter's Victim of the Joke?...An Opera, and Johnnie Taylor's Who's Making Love. All LPs have been cut from their original analog tapes by Jeff Powell at Take Out Vinyl and manufactured at Memphis Record Pressing. These reissues are part of a yearlong celebration of Stax, and of the 50th anniversary of the legendary label's “Soul Explosion”—an era of rebuilding following its separation from Atlantic Records. During this period, the newly independent label not only signed fresh, emerging talent but also released an impressive collection of 27 albums and 30 singles in just a handful of months.
